How long until I get my refund?

It may take up to 30 days for a refund to be processed and credited to your account.

Once the items you are returning reach our warehouse, they will be inspected by our team. If the items are in acceptable condition to be returned, we will process it on our end. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.

After that, it's dependent on your financial institution. Generally, the processing on their end takes anywhere from 1 - 10 days.

Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your banking statement & contact your financial institution if it does not show up.
